AIDIN — a product of The Hustle House

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

1. Who we are

AIDIN is an operations intelligence platform and is a product of The Hustle House ("The Hustle House", "we", "us", "our"). AIDIN works through business messaging channels — live today on the WhatsApp Business Platform, with further channels such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail / Google Workspace and Telegram rolling out — plus a web dashboard, and helps businesses track tasks, commitments, reminders, schedules and operational processes. AIDIN also offers Meta advertising intelligence: when a business connects its Meta (Facebook / Instagram) assets, AIDIN integrates with the Meta Marketing API and related Meta Platform APIs as a technology provider on that business’s behalf, to audit, monitor, report on and — where explicitly authorised — manage its advertising. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the website aidin.in and to the AIDIN service.

2. Our two roles

  • As a data controller (data fiduciary): for data about our own customers, website visitors and leads — for example your name, phone number and email when you contact us, book a walkthrough, or sign a contract with us.
  • As a data processor: for data processed on behalf of a business customer (the company that deploys AIDIN for its team). This covers messages, tasks, calendars and business records processed inside that company's AIDIN workspace. The business customer is the controller of that data; we process it only on their documented instructions under a Data Processing Agreement.

3. What data we collect

  • Account and contact data: names, phone numbers, email addresses, role and department of registered users and team members.
  • Messages: messages sent to AIDIN on connected channels (WhatsApp today; Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail and other channels as they become available), and messages in group chats or channels that AIDIN has been explicitly added to. AIDIN only processes chats it has been invited to and announces itself in — it never reads personal chats or chats it is not a member of.
  • Business records: tasks, reminders, calendar events, checklists, documents, leads and ERP records that the business customer connects or creates.
  • Meta advertising data (when you connect Meta assets): accessed via the Meta Marketing API and related Graph API endpoints strictly within the permissions you grant — ad account, Business Manager and Page identifiers; campaign, ad set and ad names, structures and statuses; performance metrics (spend, impressions, CTR, CPM, CPL and delivery metrics); video engagement metrics (such as hook rate and hold rate); Instant/Lead Form structure metadata and leads submitted through Meta Lead Ads; and Custom Audience IDs (used solely for audience-health diagnostics — we do not access or store the underlying personal identifiers inside Custom Audiences beyond what Meta exposes to authorised integrations).
  • Technical data: delivery receipts, webhook logs, security logs and usage metadata needed to operate and secure the service.

4. Consent first

AIDIN is consent-first by design. Every team member sees a clear notice and must explicitly opt in before AIDIN activates for them. Consent is recorded with a timestamp and can be withdrawn at any time. Nothing is silent: AIDIN announces its presence in any group it joins.

5. How we use data

  • To provide the service: capture commitments, track tasks, send reminders and alerts, and generate reports.
  • To provide advertising intelligence: performance analytics and dashboards, rules-based ads audits and diagnostics, lead capture and follow-up from Meta Lead Ads, and scheduled or threshold-triggered WhatsApp performance alerts.
  • To manage advertising where you explicitly authorise it: any write action on your ad assets (for example changing a campaign status or budget) is performed only on your instruction and within the permissions you granted — you retain full control of your Ads Manager, budgets and targeting at all times.
  • To secure the service: authentication, fraud and abuse prevention, and audit logging.
  • To support you: responding to questions and service requests.
  • To meet legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. Processes are scored, not people: AIDIN diagnoses workflow bottlenecks and does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individual employees — any consequential action requires a human decision.

6. AI processing — no training on your data

AIDIN uses third-party AI models to understand messages and generate responses. We do not use customer content, messages or business records to train, fine-tune or improve any AI model. Content is sent to AI providers only transiently to answer the specific request, and identifiers such as phone numbers and email addresses are masked with placeholder tokens before any content is sent to an AI provider, then restored only within our own systems.

7. Meta Platform Data (WhatsApp, Marketing API & Lead Ads)

AIDIN integrates with Meta in three ways: the WhatsApp Business Platform (messaging), the Meta Marketing API (advertising read and — where authorised — write/ad-management access), and Meta Lead Ads (lead capture webhooks). All Meta Platform Data is processed in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms, Commercial Terms and Developer Policies, strictly within the permissions granted by the business customer. As additional channels (such as Slack, Microsoft Teams or Google Workspace) become available, data from each channel is handled under that platform's terms and this same Policy. We do not share Meta Platform Data with any third party for purposes outside those described in this Policy, and we respect WhatsApp messaging rules, including the 24-hour customer service window and approved message templates. We do not sell, rent or otherwise monetise Meta ad account data, CRM leads or contact information to any third party or data broker. If you remove AIDIN’s access (from the dashboard or from Meta’s app settings), we are notified through Meta’s deauthorisation callback, synchronisation stops immediately, and synchronised Meta data for that connection is purged as described in our retention policy and on the Data Deletion page.

8. Sharing

We share personal data only with:

  • Service providers who help us run AIDIN (hosting, database, AI inference gateways, error monitoring), bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Meta (WhatsApp), to deliver and receive messages on the WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • Authorities, where required by applicable law or a lawful request.

9. Security

  • All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS).
  • Sensitive credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
  • Access is controlled by role-based permissions; administrative actions are logged in audit trails.
  • Each business customer's data is logically isolated from every other customer's data.

10. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for short rolling periods (for example, webhook and conversation logs are automatically purged on rolling schedules). Business records are retained for the duration of the customer contract or as configured by the business customer, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Some records (for example financial and consent records) are retained longer where the law requires it.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, and the GDPR where applicable), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email us at thhteamspace@gmail.com. If your data is processed inside your employer's AIDIN workspace, we may direct your request to your employer as the data controller and assist them in fulfilling it. See our Data Deletion page for deletion instructions.

12. Children

AIDIN is a business service intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Material changes will be notified to business customers.
