Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from AIDIN, a product of The Hustle House. It applies to data collected through the AIDIN service (including the WhatsApp Business Platform) and the aidin.in website.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your data in any of the following ways:

• By email (recommended): send an email to thhteamspace@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the WhatsApp phone number (with country code) or email address your data is associated with, so we can locate your records.
• On WhatsApp: send the message "Delete my data" to the AIDIN number your team uses. We will confirm your identity and process the request.
• Through your employer: if your data was processed inside your company's AIDIN workspace, you can also raise the request with your company's AIDIN administrator. For that data your employer is the data controller, and we will act on their instruction and assist them in fulfilling your request.
• Meta / Facebook connections: if you connected Meta (Facebook / Instagram) assets to AIDIN, you can revoke access at any time — either remove AIDIN from Facebook Settings → Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites, or disconnect the Meta integration from your AIDIN dashboard. Either way, AIDIN is notified through Meta's deauthorisation callback, all synchronisation stops immediately, and the synchronised Meta data for that connection is purged automatically.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your request within 7 days.
• Deletion is completed within 30 days of verifying your identity. You receive a written confirmation when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your contact details (name, phone number, email) held in AIDIN.
• Messages you sent to AIDIN and your conversation history with AIDIN.
• Personal-mode notes, personal tasks and reminders you created.
• Your consent and profile records, after a copy is retained only where the law requires proof of consent history.
• For Meta connections: OAuth access and refresh tokens, synchronised ad account, campaign and ad-level performance data, Lead Form snapshots and field metadata, Custom Audience ID references, and audit results generated from that data.

What we may retain

Some records are kept even after a deletion request, only where and for as long as the law requires — for example invoices and financial records (statutory accounting retention), security and audit logs for their fixed rolling window, and minimal records proving that a deletion request was received and honoured. Business records that belong to your employer (for example a task record where you were the assignee) may be anonymised rather than destroyed, so that your personal identifiers are removed while the company's operational record survives.

Automatic deletion

Independently of requests, AIDIN purges technical logs on short rolling schedules, deletes queued undelivered messages after 48 hours, and deletes or anonymises business data at the end of a customer contract as described in our Privacy Policy.
